Motivational Talk on Building Good Relationships
A motivational talk on building good relationships was organized by the Department of Philosophy on 12.03.2024 at the seminar hall of the Faculty of Arts. This session was organized with the support of Educational Development Consortium. It aimed to inspire and educate students of philosophy and psychology about the fundamental principles and practical strategies for fostering positive relationships in personal, academic, and professional domains. Dr. Saranya Jaikumar, an esteemed educational psychologist from India, delivered the talk, aiming to empower students with insights and tools to enhance their interpersonal skills and cultivate meaningful connections with others. The speaker highlighted understanding relationship dynamics, conflict resolution, building trust and respect, empathy and compassion. More than ninety students have participated and engaged in the discussion after the session.
